copy+pasting folders and files, moving the "steam\userdata\yournumber\1041720" saves, turning cloud off, turning cloud on after opening the game again, moving the files back into the folder, deleting the save folder; doing this process in a handful of different orders that I can't remember--. I'm so scared my saves are unplayable after all that

A well known bug that I can't say is fixed in the remaster is killing certain supposedly unkillable/super-strong NPC too quickly. The solution here is simple, don't blacksmith too much. Basically certain quests have triggers on damage thresholds and if you kill the NPC too quickly it will break the scripting.

Keep in mind that the minimum requirement for this new quest is level 30. So, its likely intended to be played after the main quest, as opposed to after Fatesworn, where you're likely to end on level 50. It is leveled, there are four copies of the armor & daggers depending on when you complete it. (Level 35,40,45,50).
I can't find it. You have to wait a bit (btw make sure you do the timed concert quest), but I think you can also just find a bed to sleep fot 24 hours, for next quest from the same woman to activate. Thank you, you helped me a lot. I did all the missions but it seems that the game is broken.
Thanks Hr. Tohtori, at least there is hope :) I noticed. Trying to copy&paste the saves and rename them to the new system does nothing - they just do not appear in the game menu. And according to some other players if you try to edit them in the old Save Game Editor they are "corrupted". #6.

It contains directions for every single achievement categorized accordingly, missable achievements Level 1. Put 2 points into Storm Bolt and 1 point into Arcane Weaponry I. Level 2. Put 2 more points into Storm Bolt and 1 point into Arcane Weaponry II. It will allow you to use the best Staff attack while holding block. You're good to go after that. It is the safest way to fight mobs early on.
Finding saves is simple, but can be a little tricky if you don't know what you're doing. Before we begin, disable the Steam Cloud for KOA. This can be done by right clicking on the game in your library, opening Properties, and making sure the box labelled "Keep games saves in the Steam Cloud for Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning" is NOT ticked.
